My two girlfriends and I had an awesome time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wailea Grand Champions. Unit 150 is very spacious, modern and has great views of the golf course, ocean and the sunset!! Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and TVs. We loved the open floor plan with the kitchen dining and living room area. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed having our coffee out on the lanai every morning and cocktails after dinner! The fact that the lanai extends out and provides extra privacy was a bonus. The entire community was quiet and most importantly safe. Love the assigned parking spot right below the unit, plus guest parking should a guest have a visitor. And we thank you for the beautiful and very generous welcome basket! We will definitely be back! If I could provide a rating it would be 5 โญ๏ธs all around!

Staying at the Grand Champions Wailea you are immediately at peace as soon as you pull onto the property. Hereโ€™s the breakdown: Condo: The property itself is amazing! It sits right at the end of all the condo units facing West, meaning you get a sunset EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. From the balcony, you can enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise hit the Valley Isle lined with solar windmills or wind down with a cocktail as the sun sets in the distance. The unit is also very clean, had all the kitchen essentials, a huge master bath and another good sized full bath, in-unit washer/dryer, comfortable beds and A/C in each room to cool off during the warm, humid days. The property also has a pool and jacuzzi near the entrance, which is a nice touch. Unit comes with one parking spot, which sits in front of the unit, so thatโ€™s great! Make sure to turn in parking permit and return to front office, toward the entrance of the property. Also, this is a second floor unit, but the noise level is generally low and never heard anyone besides us. Location: The property is in Wailea, which is arguably one of the nicer sides of Maui with its pristine, soft sand beaches, high-end shopping, 5 star resorts (White Lotus on HBO), beautiful beach path and fantastic weather. All in a quick 10 minute walk from the unit!! The next closest town is Kihei, which is about a 10-15 minute drive. However, there is only one way to Wailea, so plan ahead for Road to Hana or anywhere on the North or eastern side of Maui due to its one way in one way out current situation. The beaches within Wailea are all great too! There are variety to choose from within walking distance, or if you have a car, you can head south toward Big Beach or West toward Lahaina. There are also activities nearby such as kayaking, snorkeling, canoeing, sailing, hiking, tennis, pickle ball and more! Apartment items: The apartment does come with beach essentials as well! Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkeling mask, mouthpiece, goggles and flippers, boogie board and bags to carry. The owners of the condo made sure we were comfortable, had everything we need and were easy to get a hold of if anything occurred. They gave me and my partner a birthday welcome gift, which was incredibly thoughtful and a great touch to the trip. All in all, the unit was amazing and worth every penny. From the location to the unit, variety of experiences to accessibility to the island, simply immaculate.

We will definitely continue to stay at the condo any time we visit Maui. My family and I love staying at this condo (#150 at the Wailea Grand Champions), it has been our spot every time we visit Maui! It's beautifully decorated and yet simple, homey, clean, and peaceful. The fact that it contains pretty much any household need for cooking, cleaning, and being comfortable, is such a relief when being on a vacation. It is our "home" away from home. The view from the lanai is one in which someone could get lost as you gaze out into the horizon, whether it being catching the blue skies of the day, or the gradient hues of a sunset, with the ocean in sight. The spot itself seems to be tucked away from foot traffic, but just in walking distance to the beach, as well as some shops, a cute market, the "hotel strip" and walking path along the coast. There are many other state beaches in a short drives reach as well, which for me is any beach lovers dream. There is also two pool areas and hot tubs on site, with BBQs. And the staff and management of the site and condo itself are always so accommodating and helpful. We will definitely continue to stay at the condo any time we visit Maui.

That level of customer service and consideration is hard to come by... We found ourselves in a very difficult situation that was of our own making and Bob was so kind to help us fix it, even though it had absolutely nothing to do with him or WVR. That level of customer service and consideration is hard to come by and we will absolutely be showing our appreciation by continuing to use WVR for future trips. Thanks Bob!!

The view is even better than expected. The view is even better than expected. The inside of the unit was nicer, and had more better features, than most of the places I've stayed in Hawaii. This was my 8th time to Maui, and 20th time to the magical islands...

Wailea Grand Champions...we could not have expected anything better!!! From the moment we walked in until we left, we could not have expected anything better!!! The location was ideal, it was a new property with complete amenities, surprisingly including a rice cooker! Working with Bob, the property manager from Wailea Rentals was a breeze. The only thing bad was that 4 nights was hardly enough. We definitely plan on returning sooner rather than later. We highly recommend it.

Love this condo! Stayed in condo 104. Very clean, AC was on upon arrival, plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen essentials, complimentary shampoo conditioner bodywash, dishwashing soap and scrubber, ziplocs, trash bags, etc. Views were the best, could hear the waves during your stay, staff nice... office staff was nice too, gave a discount packet to use during your stay, we are staying eight days. Up to date features, beach towels provided, beach chairs. Will definitely return!

Simply stated, the Wailea Elua Village is paradise. It is one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we have ever had in Hawaii. The condos are all individually owned and rented through a single agency/organization - but the 4 different rooms we had in our family were all great. We had one place (a two bedroom/2 bath) right on the grass field overlooking the water. It was heavenly to wake up in the morning and sit on the lanai listening to the birds and waves. Every evening we would gather en-mass on the lanai and have drinks and watch the splendor that is the Hawaiian sunset. It was awesome! Aside from the really nice accommodations, the grounds around the condos are impeccable. The landscaping is park-like. The crews are always working and they are artists. Perhaps the best thing about the place is the fact that you have access to a full kitchen. Yes, it would be great if we could have indulged ourselves a bit more with drinks by the pool (there are two pools - one more oriented toward families with kids), but heck we made our drinks and took them with us. And the full kitchen meant we could keep the kids happy all the time with food and snacks. Add to the whole package the fact that the Wailea Shopping Center is just a short walk away (and there is an upper end market at the shopping center) and the Wailea Elua Village truly is paradise. Will we stay here again? Oh yeah!

Elua Village is our favorite place to stay on Maui. We loved having a condo in the middle of all the high end hotels. If we wanted to go out and eat, we could, but had the choice to stay in our place to eat. Having an ocean front condo was the best. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The pool area had been remodeled since our last visit. Well done! Having the beach so close to our condo and/or pool area is so nice. This is our fifth time staying at Elua and will be back.
