Reservation Policy

PLEASE READ ALL EKAHI VILLAGE HOUSE RULES.

NOTE: ALL UNITS WITH WAILEA VACATION RENTALS ARE “NON-SMOKING".

DEPOSIT
3 nights deposit required within 7 days of booking. Final balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Please call to make credit card payment. If arrival is less than 60 days, full payment is due within 7 days. No other notice will be sent. We accept cash, personal check, agency check, money order, cashier's check, and VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS. Return Check fee: $25.00.

CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 P.M. CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 A.M.
If checking out after 11:00 am; an automatic half-day rental rate will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
60-day cancellation notice is required. A $100.00 cancellation fee will be collected on all cancellations. If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, no refunds unless unit is re-rented. For units rented 30 days or more, 1/2 of full balance due 6 months prior to arrival.
Christmas/New Year, no cancellations or refunds after October 1st Full payment due Oct. 1st.

PAYMENT FOR NIGHTS RESERVED
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of the actual arrival or departure date, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY INCLUDING CHILDREN: 1 BD: 4 people, 2 BD: 6 people, 3 BD: 8 people. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

ARRIVAL
Upon arrival on Maui, you may go directly to Kamaole One, located at 10 Ekolu Place; Wailea, Maui, Hawaii 96753. The unit will be locked and the keys are in a lock box attached to the front door. Codes are given with rental paperwork

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Housekeeping/Cleaning service is provided on the terms set-up at the time of your reservation.  There are no scheduled housekeeping services unless arranged at the time of reservation.   Daily maid service can be arranged for a fee, upon request.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500.00 security deposit will be held by Wailea Vacation Rentals to offset any damage to the condo during your stay, long distance telephone charges, lost or un-returned keys, lost or un-returned beach towels, and charges for extra cleaning or excessive laundry at the time of your departure. Your deposit will be refunded in a timely manne.

FEE
Wailea Vacation Rentals has a $100.00 per rental reservation fee. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Kamaole One

Kamaole One features deluxe one and two bedroom oceanview and garden view condos. The resort includes 18 acres of tropical landscaping and is located adjacent to the Blue Golf Course. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer. The resort offers two swimming pools, barbecues and a recreation pavilion. Ulua Beach and Keawakapu Beach, two of Maui's favorites, are located nearby.

Kamaole One is located near Wailea's award winning Blue Golf Course just east of the Shops at Wailea. Special rates are available at Wailea's golf and tennis facilities for Elua guests. Hotels, spa facilities and award winning restaurants are within walking distance.

We have available 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxuriously furnished units, all with private lanais. Each unit is fully equipped with color TV, complete kitchens, all linens, towels and beach towels are supplied plus a washer and dryer for your convenience. All units have air conditioning!
